Shipping policy

Posting items and estimated lead times are incredibly important when purchasing on-line, if your item is part of a gift or for a business. Below is a guide to delivery costs and dispatch times.

Postage Charges

Product descriptions state the basic postage rate, with multiple options at dispatch for express delivery. The costs are as follows:

Free - Some items are subject to free Royal Mail 2nd Class with upgrade options at checkout.

£3.95 - Royal Mail 2nd class economy (mugs, frames and mounts up to 10x8 size, etc)

£4.95 - Royal Mail 1st class (mugs, frames and mounts up to 10x8 size, etc)

£8.95 - Royal Mail 1st class medium parcels (frames up to 18x13 size, larger mounts, 12x12 canvas, etc)

£11.95 Next Day Courier* (available on all products, larger frames, heavy items and bulk)

*Next day where possible.  Delivery is usually within 2 working days depending on courier commitments.  Next day excludes weekend deliveries and excludes bank holidays.  Dispatch cut off times may prevent this from being dispatched the same day as order.  If you require your order urgently, please contact us prior to ordering.

If you purchase multiple items, your postage options will be reduced because of the size and weight restrictions of each service. For example postage would £11.95 by Next day courier for a box of 30 mugs.

Tracking

Royal Mail services are not tracked, however, proof of postage is collected and can be tracked upon delivery, but will provide no delivery tracking during transit. Courier delivery is a fully tracked service. 

Production and dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within the time frame quoted on the product description. Ourproducts are all hand made to order, with production times varying per product. If multiple products are purchased in one transaction, then dispatch will be between the longest lead times. The term ‘working days’ refers to Monday-Friday and excludes weekends.

Please note: Our aim is always to dispatch items within the time frame quoted. In peak or exceptional circumstances we will display a note or banner on our website advising of delays. 

Urgent orders

Sometimes we understand that items are required urgently. We strongly advise that you contact us prior to ordering to see that we can accommodate your request. In exceptional circumstances we hold the right to add additional fees to compensate additional resources in materials and labour to ensure that we can fulfil your request.

Click and collect

All orders can be collected from our retail store at: 15 Station Road, Tidworth, Wiltshire, SP9 7NW during our opening ours, hours in person and for free. Once your order is complete we will contact you by email advising your order is ready, however, our normal production times apply.
